as expected venkataraghavan sounded cautious in his approach to the famous Q - who is the best player?
ReplyDeletei agree that it is inevitable to ask the question, but statistics do not reveal the entire character of a seasoned player. however, i disagree that sachin isn't a good bowler. he has given breakthroughs whenever required and it should be observed that dhoni hasn't used his bowling to full potential or may be sachin concentrated on batting of late. the second inning demon may haunt sachin for lifetime but for me, he is THE complete batsman I've seen compared to lara, ponting, dravid and steve waugh.
